SHIPPING POLICY

All Orders: Order Processing 3-5 Business Days

(If you place an order on Friday, it will be processed on Monday - Please note our hours of operation)

**PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL ORDERS**

* Yuancontinent is not responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in the mail. For all orders - especially for international, we recommend purchasing shipping with tracking.

* If an order is received after Express Shipping cut off time (10am PST) on Friday your order will be processed on the following Monday. If any holidays (Canadian and USA) fall on a weekday your order will be processed the next day. 

* Please note that once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or modify it. 

* If the package is rejected by the customer or unable to be delivered to the address as provided in the order and the items are returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 15 days for us to process the return in our system. When your return is processed we will initiate the refund to your account for the cost of the items, less the twenty percent re-stocking fee. 

Tracking your order

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

If the package is rejected by the customer or cannot be delivered to the address provided in the order, and the item is returned to our warehouse, it may take us up to 15 days to process the return in our system. After processing your return, we will refund the cost of the item to your account, less a 20% restocking fee.
